Bill additional to an Act to regulate the jurisdiction and proceedings of the Courts of Probate, was taken up and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.

On motion of Mr. Greene of York. Ordered, that when the Senate adjourn, they so far dispense with the order relative to an afternoon session as to adjourn till tomorrow morning at nine o'clock.

Mr. Prescott, from the Joint Select Committee, to which was referred so much of the Governor's message as relates to an Insane Hospital, made a report --- read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
