On motion of Mr. Purinton, Ordered, that when the Senate adjourn, they adjourn to meet again tomorrow morning at ten o'clock and that shall be the hour of adjournment (Sundays excepted) till otherwise ordered.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed, Bill to incorporate the proprietors of the Forest Grove Cemetery, -- to incorporate the proprietors of Canton Point Bridge, -- to protect Family Burying Grounds; -- additional requiring the use of broad rimmed wheels in the town of Hallowell in certain cases, -- for the preservation and to regulate the taking of fish in Crooked River, between Songs Pond in the town of Albany in the County of Oxford, inclusive, and Sebago Pond; -- additional to establish the Bucksport and Prospect Ferry Company, and the same were severally passed to be ------------------ enacted. ------------------------------
