Friday, February 13, 1835

The Committee on Division of Towns, to which was referred the petition of Charles Seaverns and others, made a report asking to be discharged from the further consideration of the same --read and accepted; and the said petition was referred to the Committee on Incorporation of Towns in concurrence.

Mr. Tobin, from the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals, reported order of notice to next Legislature on petition of Thomas Bartlett and others, and inhabitants of the Town of Fryeburg, and leave to withdraw on petitionof Albert G Brown and others -- read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
