Mr. Emmons, from the Committee on the Judiciary, reported legislation inexpedient on a "Bill to repeal an Act establishing duties to be paid by certain officers therein named," and a Bill entitled an Act establishing the duties to be paid by Attornies -- read and the same, on motion of Mr. Bartlett, was ordered to lie on the table till Tuesday next.
