Resolve in favor of Joshua Elder (in new draft) Bill authorizing the Court of County Commissioners for Waldo County to lay out a highway over tide waters in Belfast, and the inhabitants of the town of Belfast to build a bridge over the same (reported in the House by the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals, on petitions of Benjamin Nickerson and others, Samuel Otis and others and Isaac Abbot and others) severally read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Bill to incorporate the Castine Mechanic's Association (reported by the Committee on Manufactures, on petition of William Haskins) -"- directing the manner in which meetings of Corporations may be called in certain cases (reported by Mr. Emmons, from the Committee on the Judiciary, on petition of the Maine Baptist Missionary Society) severally read once and tomorrow at eleven o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Bill to incorporate Rumford Falls Bridge Company, -"- to incorporate the town of Elliotsville, -"- to incorporate the upper Stillwater Bridge (as amended) severally read the second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
