298. Tuesday, March 17, 1835. The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed, Bill to incorporate the Jefferson High School. " repealing part of an Act to establish a Municipal Court in the town of Bath. " authorizing the first parish in Bath to sell their Meeting house. " to establish the Old town and Milford Ferry Company. " additional to an act to incorporate the town of Naples. " additional to provide for the location of certain lands. " additional relative to laying out and making highways. " additional respecting highways, and the same were severally passed to be enacted.

The same Committee reported as correctly engrossed, Resolve, authorizing the Secretary of State to furnish the Adjutant General with Greenleaf and Fairfield's Reports. " for the preservation and repair of the Mars Hill Road " for the preservation and repair of the Canada Road, and the same were severally finally passed.
