308. Bill to incorporate the West Branch Boom Corporation (reported with amendments by Mr. Tobin, from the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges, and Canals to which Committee said Bill had been recommitted) was read twice and passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Bill to incorporate the third parish in Bath was read the second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr. Tobin, from the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals, reported that said Committee had acted on all papers in their possession and asked to be discharged from any further service during the present session -- read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Bill to incorporate the Agricultural Bank was read the second time, and the question of passing the same to be engrossed, in concurrence with the House, being ordered to be taken by years and nays, was decided in the negative and a passage refused as follow, to wit; Yeas. Messrs. Allen, Barlett, McLellan and Randall, 4. Nays. Messrs. Barnard, Brown, Burnham, Chandler, Clark, F. Greene, Latham, Mantor, McIntire, Pierce, Prescott, Purinton, Read, Smith and Tobin, 15.
