On motion of Mr. Allen, The Senate reconsider their vote of yesterday whereby they indefinitely postponed the Bill establishing the Standard weight of potatos and insist on their vote of the 17th instant, passing the same to be engrossed as amended on sheet marked B. Sent down for concurrence.

Bill to authorize the Selectmen of towns to erect stone monuments at the angles of town lines, was read once and a passage refused, in concurrence.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed, Resolve in favor of Hall Clements, and the question of finally passing said Resolve, being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays, on motion of Mr. Read, was decided in the negative and a passage refused, as follows, to wit: Yeas. Bill additional to prevent the destruction of fish in Denny's River and Pinmaquan, was read once and the same, on motion of Mr. Fish, was ordered to lie on the table.
