[Notice to the Towns of Wilton and Temple to choose Representative] Ordered, that notice be given by this House to the Representative district comprising the Towns of Wilton and Temple, that Charles Morse Esq. the member from said District has resigned his seat in this House, in consequence of being elected a Senator for the County of Kennebec.

[Bill - fixing duties to be paid by certain officers] Bill "establishing the duties to be paid by certain officers therein named" being reported by the committee and bills in the 3d reading, with amendments - the consideration of the subject is on motion postponed till afternoon.

[Leave of absence] Mr. Burnham of Limerick, and Mr. Spofford of Deer Isle have leave of absence.

[Notice of intention to move for reconsideration of vote postponing the Law districting the State [****]] Mr. Waite of Falmouth gave notice that tomorrow at 10 o clock he should move a reconsideration of the vote taken today postponing to the next Legislature the Resolves to divide the State into districts for the choice of Representatives in the Congress of the United States and prescribing the mode of election.
