Order of the House that Messrs Dunlap of Brunswick, Purrington of Bowdoin and Shaw of Thorndike, with such as the Senate may join - be a committee to take into consideration the expediency of addressing the Governor and Council for the removal of James M. Rogers Esquire from each and every office he may now hold under this State - came up for concurrence - Read and concurred and Messrs Burnham and Usher were joined -

The Committee on Incorporation of Towns to whom was referred the petition of Benjamin R. Jones and others praying that a part of No. 10 in the County of Washington may be annexed to the town of Dennysville and also a remonstrance of said Inhabitants No. 10 - reported that the petitioners have leave to withdraw their petition - Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence - came up concurred -

On motion of Mr Green, ordered that the petition of George Rogers and others praying that a new County may be formed from towns of Lincoln and Cumberland, with the accompanying papers be taken from the files of the Senate and laid on the table - committed to Messrs Small and OBrien with such as the House may join - sent down for concurrence - came up concurred - and Messrs Wilkins, Fox and Dascomb were joined -
