[Report on the Pet: Sylvanus Higgins]

The Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals reported on the petition of Sylvanus Higgins and others - that the petitioners cause an attested copy of their petition with this order thereon to be served on the Clerk of the corporation of Vaughn's Bridge - and the clerks of the towns of Portland and Cape Elizabeth and published in the Eastern Argus, Portland Gazette and Independent Statesman four days at least before the fourth Wednesday of the present session of the present Legislature - Read accepted and sent down for concurrence -
