New Trials came up for concurrence viz -

[Pets. Thos. G. Thornton & als]

Petition of Thomas G. Thornton and others of Saco - administrators on the estate of Thomas Cutts Esquire, deceased, for authority to convey a certain tract of land -

[Assessors of Dexter]

and of assessors of the Town of Dexter, that their doings may be rendered valid - and were severally read and committed to the same committee in concurrence with the House -

[Inhabts. westerly part of Frankfort]

On motion of Mr. Whitney Ordered that the petition of the Inhabitants of the westerly part of Frankfort - praying to be set off from that part of said town and be annexed to the town of Monroe - be taken from the files of the Senate and laid on the table - referred to the Joint Standing Committee on Incorporation of Towns - and sent down for concurrence -

[Benja. Sargent et. als]

The petition of Benjamin Sargent and others inhabitants of No. 3-7th range - County of Penobscot praying to be incorporated into a town name of Milo -

[Remonstrance Wm. Sullivan & als]

also a remonstrance of William Sullivan and others against the petition of John McClure and others - committed in the House to the Joint Standing Committee on Incorporation of towns - came up for concurrence - and were severally read and committed to the same committee - in concurrence with the House -
