[Bill establishing an additional term of the Court of Sessions in the County of Kennebec]

The Committee appointed to consider the expediency of establishing by law an additional term of the Court of Sessions in the County of Kennebec - reported a "Bill establishing an additional term of the Court of Sessions in the County of "Kennebec" - which was read a first time - and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading -

[Resolve in favor of Nathl. Tilton]

A Resolve in favour of Nathaniel Tilton read and passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence - read a first time and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading -

On motion of Mr Dunn - the petition of James Lord and others was ordered to be taken from the files of the Senate, and laid on the table - referred to the Joint Standing Committee on New Trials - and sent down for concurrence -
