praying that an act may be passed granting them liberty to continue a Bridge over Mousum [Mousam] River - reported that the petitioners cause an attested copy of their petition with this order thereon to be served on the town clerk of the town of Kennebunk ten days at least before the fourth wednesday of the present session of the present Legislature - Read - accepted and sent down for concurrence - came up concurred -

The Committee on Incorporation of Towns to whom was referred the petition of David Winslow and others - inhabitants of Westbrook praying to be set off from said town and annexed to Portland - reported that the petitioners cause an attested copy of their petition with this order thereon to be served on the town clerks of each of said Towns and publish the same in the Eastern Argus - once - returnable to the present Legislature on the 25 instant - read accepted and sent down for concurrence - came back concurred.

The Senate then adjourned to nine oclock tomorrow morning -
