On motion of Mr. Case' Ordered that Messrs Case & Dennett be a committee to take into consideration the expediency of preparing blank forms for returns of Governor, Senators, and Representatives to Congress, and certificates of elections of Representatives to the Legislature of this State; and of instructing the Secretary of State to procure the printing and distribution of the same. -
