Ordered that Messrs Potter and Rose be a Committee to consider the propriety of the Salary of the Reporter of the Decisions of the Supreme Judicial Court being paid quarterly. And also the propriety of requiring all Salary Officers to make up their respective Salaries on the last days of December, March, June, & October annually. Read & passed

Ordered that those statutes reported by the Board of Jurisprudence on subjects now under consideration of Joint Committee be committed to those respective Committees.
