The Bill entitled "An Act to set off Jonathan Moody with his family & Estate from the town of Whitefield & annex them to the town of Malta" came up amended by erasing the word "Malta" & inserting the word "Gerry" whenever it occurs in said Bill & the amendments were concurred by the Senate.

A Message was sent to the House requesting them to send up any Bill or Bills, reported by the board of Jurisprudence, which may be convenient for the House to spare.
