Resolve granting a pension to Moses Lowell came back from the Senate endorsed as follows - In Senate March 14th 1821 The Senate adhere to the former vote by which they refused to pass this Resolve to be engrossed. Sent down.

Report on petition of Thomas DeCarteret In Senate March 14th 1821 The vote by which this report was accepted is so far reconsidered as to refer the subject to the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence Read and concurred.

[- punishment of Convicts -]

The ordinance of both Houses on the subject of the punishment of convicts passed 13th instant, came down from the Senate endorsed as follows In Senate March 14th 1821. On motion to raise the committee contemplated by this order, the further consideration of the subject is indefinitely postponed. Sent down for concurrence. The House concur in the postponement.
