Petition of Saco Lodge, to be incorporated, was, read and referred to the committee on the incorporation of Parishes & other religious Societies &c. Sent up for concurrence.

[Report of a Sum for a State tax - $ 40316"85]

The committee to whom was referred the subject of considering what sum it may be necessary to raise the present year by a tax on polls & estate, reported the following order - viz Ordered, that the committee on Finance be directed to prepare and report a Bill providing for the levy & collection of a State tax for the sum of $40316"85. - The report was accepted & the order passed.
