Resolve in favor of the Secretary of State, was read & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 2d reading & referred to the last mentioned committee.

Bill additional to the act for the inspection of Butter & Lard, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill additional to the act for the support & regulation of Mills, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
