Bill respecting the fisheries in St George's river, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed, as amended at A on sheet K. Sent up for concurrence.

[Report - Trustee process]

The committee to consider the expediency of authorizing Trustee processes to be issued by Justices of the Peace, reported a Bill - report read and accepted.

[Bill - foreign attachment]

Bill additional to an act concerning foreign attachment, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading

Mr Watson of Belfast is appointed on the Committee on Engrossed Bills, instead of Mr Abbot of Vasalboro'

[Bill - Lords day]

Bill additional to an act for the due observance of the Lords day, was called up & referred to Messrs Cobb, Butterfield of Sidney & Elden.

[Resolve - road]

Resolve for opening a road north of the million acres, was read twice & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Report - Inland Bills of Exc]

The Committee to consider whether any additional law be necessary regulating damages on Inland Bills of Exchange, reported leave for a Bill - The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence - and the House concurred.

[Bill - forcible entry &c]

Bill directing the proceedings against forcible entry & detainer, which passed this House 12th inst, came from the Senate amended at X for concurrence - and the House concurred.

[Bill - cede to US: jurisdiction]

Bill to cede to the United States the jurisdiction of Bakers Island
