An order came from the Senate for concurrence appointing Messrs Ripley & Parlin with such as the House may join a committee to take into consideration, what alterations, if any, are necessary in the existing laws relative to the Courts of Sessions with leave to report by bill or otherwise - The House concurred and Messrs Wingate of Bath Deane of Ellsworth & Burns of Madison were joined.

Ordered that Messrs Blaney of Bristol, Boutelle of Waterville & Spring of Saco be a committee to see what alteration, if any is necessary in the law regulating the fees of Sheriffs & other officers in the levying of Executions - read & passed.
