Petition of John Brooks & als of Lincolnville for the appointment of an Inspector of Lime & Lime Casks in said town - was read & referred to the committee on application for manufacturing companies - Sent up for concurrence.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence referring the Petitions of Asa Cole & als of Gouldsboro' for a division of said town - - of William Talbot & als of New Vineyard for a division of said town - - of William Randall & als for a new town to be formed from Litchfield & Bowdoin - to the committee on the incorporation of towns - and the House concurred.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence referring the Petition, of Thomas Leigh of South Berwick to be incorporated as a Manufacturing Company, to the committee on applications for Manufacturing companies - & the House concurred.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence, referring the petition of Moses Adams praying to be discharged from the conditions of a bond given by him to the Land Agent &c to the committee on States Land - & the House concurred.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence referring the petition of the Assessors of the second Congregational Parish in York that the doings of said Parish may be made valid, to the committee on New trials - and the House concurred.
