Bill to set off John Gray Junior & John Starbird with their estates from the town of Woodstock and annex the same to the town of Paris - Read a 3d time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill additional to an act to regulate the Manufacture & inspection of Stone lime and Lime Casks, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the Thomaston Bank, was called up, amended, and ordered to lie on the table.

Ordered that Messrs Carpenter of Sebec, Hathaway of Bluehill and Hutchings of Orland be a committee to consider the expediency of annexing the plantation known by the name of Passadumkeag to the Representative district composed of Sebec, Brownville &c - read & passed.

Bill an additional act for regulating ferries, came from the Senate amended for concurrence and the House passed the same to be engrossed in concurrence.

Bill additional to an act entitled an act to regulate the Manufacture & inspection of Stone lime & Lime Casks &c (reported by the Committee on that subject) was read 1st time & Wednesday next at 10 oclock assigned for a 2d reading

The Committee to ascertain what towns in this State have received grants of Lands from Government &c reported a statement of facts, which on motion was referred to the committee on State Lands. Sent up for concurrence.

Report on petition of Jonathan Trask & als, which was in this House recommitted, came back from the Senate nonconcurred, and the House then concurred the Senate in accepting the report giving leave to withdraw.

Bill in addition to an act entitled an act directing the time &
