Report on petition of Jonathan Tucker & als, granting leave for Bills, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Reports on the petitions of Selectmen of Athens - & - of Durham for a new Trial - granting leave for Resolves, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Bill to incorporate the Manufactures [Manufacturers] Bank, was read a 1st & 2d time and Monday next at 11 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Resolve authorizing the Inhabitants of Durham to prosecute a Review, was read & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve in addition to a Resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several Counties, towns, plantations & classes on the 1st apportionment - was read & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve making valid the doings of the town of Athens, was read and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill to reduce the gross to the decimal hundred (reported by the Committee to whom subject was referred) was read a 1st & 2nd time & Monday next at 10 oclock was assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill additional to an act to secure to owners their property in Logs, Masts, Spars & others timber &c read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed as in New draft. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill to incorporate Central Lodge was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
