Bill - an additional act respecting salaries of Judges & Registers of Probate, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - requiring towns to fence Grave yards, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Mr. Kilby of Eastport has leave of absence after Wednesday Mr. Cobb of Waterville after Friday & Mr. Hutchinson of Hartford after Saturday of the present week, during the remainder of the session.

Petition of the Selectmen of Freedom, referred in this House on the 13th inst. to the next Legislature, came from the Senate nonconcurred & granting the petitioners leave to withdraw and the House receded & concurred with the Senate.

Bill - repealing the second section of an additional act for securing to owners their property in Logs, Masts, Spars and other timber in certain cases, laid on the table by Mr. Atwood of Concord, was read once & refused a second reading.

Report on the petition of John Brown, granting leave to withdraw; came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Bill - regulating within this State the agencies of Insurance Companies established or Incorporated without the same was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
