Report on Petitions of Towns of Ellsworth Princeton, Philips Morrill and others and inhabitants of Baleyville the Committee asking to be discharged from the further consideration of the subject and that the same may be referred to the Committee who have that subject under consideration in concurrance [concurrence] with the Senate sent up
