The Committee on engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed Bill - to incorporate the town of Stoneham - -to incorporate the town of Marion - -incorporating Falmouth Academy - -additional to regulate Judicial process and proceedings - -to incorporate the Bucksport and Calais Stage Company - -to repeal an act respecting the packing and inspection of Pickled and smoked fish - -to increase the Capital Stock of the Manufacturers and Traders Bank - -to prohibit Minors from the Practice of Law which were severally passed to be enacted.

The same Committee report as duly engrossed Resolve - respecting land in the Isle of Holt which was finally passed sent up for concurrance [concurrence]

Petition of Stephen Emery Judge of Probate in Oxford County for increase of Salary - came from the Senate for concurrance [concurrence] referred to Messrs. Brown and Tobin with such as the House may join and the House concurred and joined on their part the Delegation from the County of Oxford Sent up
