Bill to annex a part of the town of Hallowell to the town of Gardiner was read a first and second time and Tuesday next at ten o clock assigned for a 3d. Reading

Bill to incorporate the Magurawock and Schoodic Canal Company was read a third time and passed to be engrossed as amended in concurrance [concurrence] with the Senate

Resolve for the erection of a Gunhouse in Belfast was read once and tommorow [tomorrow] at ten o clock assigned for a second reading

A Message was received from the Senate proposeing [proposing] a Convention of the two branches of the Legislature tommorow [tomorrow] at 11 o clock in the Representatives Hall for the purpose of choosing [choosing] a Treasurer of State requesting the concurrance [concurrence] of the House and the House concurred and the Clerk by Message aquainted [acquainted] the Senate therewith

And the House adjourned
