Communication from the Secretary of State transmitting statements of expenditures of certain Agricultural and Horticultural Societies came from the Senate for concurrance [concurrence] referred to the Committee on Agriculture and the House concurred sent up

Bill incorporateing [incorporating] the East Machias and Machias Port Bridge Company came from the Senate for concurrance [concurrence] ordered to be recommitted and the House concurred sent up

Resolve in favour of Sewall Prescott was read once and referred to the Committee on claims Sent up for concurrance [concurrence]

Communication from the Secretary of State returning a list of those towns and plantations which have not made returns of the number of Scholars therein was read and ordered to lie on the table

Report on Petition of David L. Hobbs -of Bath Bank -of John B. Smith granting on each leave to withdraw in concurrance [concurrence] with the Senate was read and accepted
