Resolves, to amend the Constitution relative to the time of the annual sessions of the Legislature and the time of the annual State elections - came from the Senate for concurrance [concurrence] they having refused to Commit the same to a joint Select Committee on concurrance [concurrence] with the House order the same to be recommitted The House recede from their vote committing the same and recommit the same in concurrance [concurrence] with the Senate sent up

On Motion of Mr. Jarvis of Ellsworth Ordered that after Friday next no Petition or Remonstrance shall be received excepting such as relate to matters already referred

On Motion of Mr. Gowin of Bradford Ordered the delegation of the County of Penobscot with such as the Senate may join be a Committee to enquire into the expediency of altering the sitting of the Courts of Probate in the County of Penobscot Read and passed sent up for concurrance [concurrence]
