Bradbury, Farnham & Kelsey with such as the House may join - and the House concurred and joined Messrs. Bridgham of Charleston, Marshall of China, Alden of Northport, Tuttle of Canaan & Morrill of Waterville - sent up.

Petition of Samuel W. McMahon - came from the Senate for concurrence they having reconsidered their vote referring the same to the committee on Turnpikes Bridges & canals & refer the Petition to the Committee who have under consideration Bill to authorize the Penobscot Mill Dam Company to erect side booms - and the House concurred - sent up.

On motion of Mr. Pillsbury of Newport - Ordered, that the committee on Interior Fisheries be instructed to enquire into the expediency of altering or abolishing an Act regulating the taking of Fish called Salmon, Shad and Alewives in the Sebasticook River in the town of Clinton, approved March 16. 1830. read and passed - sent up for concurrence -
