Bill - to increase the Capital Stock of the Cumberland Steam Navigation Company reported by the committee on Banks & Banking on the petition of said Company, was read once & Monday at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Bill - to increase the Capital Stock of the Maine Bank reported on the petition of said Bank in the House, was read once & Monday next at 11 o'clock assigned for a 2nd reading.

Bill - to incorporate the Franklin Manufacturing Company was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill to incorporate the City Bank, was read once & Monday next at 10 o'clock assigned for a 2nd reading.

Bill - an Act in addition to an Act providing for the appointment of Public Administrators & enlarging the powers of Judges of Probate, was read once and Monday next at 10 o'clock assigned for a 2nd reading.

Leave to withdraw was reported on the petition of James Thomas & others & came down accepted in Senate for concurrence, and on motion the same was ordered to lie on the table.

Order of Notice on petition of William Butterfield & others was granted in concurrence with the Senate.
