Bill - An Act authorizing the Court of County Commissioners for Waldo County to lay out highways over the tide waters in Belfast, and the inhabitants of the town of Belfast to build a Bridge over the same, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of John Neptune, Jo Sockbesin and Peol Molley, laid on the table by Mr. Dumont of Hallowell was read once and tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 2d reading.

Report on the order to enquire if it be expedient to make any, and if any, what alteration in the law regulating the appointment of Enginemen & prescribing their duty" referring to the joint standing committee on the Judiciary, was read & referred accordingly in concurrence with the Senate.
