Mr. Tobin, from the Committee to which were referred the votes given for Senators in the several towns and plantations in this State for the current political year; and also the Memorial of Jeremiah O'Brien, claiming a seat at the Senate Board, made a report that the whole number of votes returned, as allowed by the Committee for the First Senatorial District is 25.374. Necessary to a choice 4.230. Alexander McIntire has 4.343, Nathaniel Clark " 4.342, Frederic Green " 4.347. And are severally elected.

The whole number of votes returned as allowed by the Committee for the Second Senatorial District is 45.742. Necessary to a choice 5.718. Josiah Pierce has 5.987, Jonathan Smith " 6.026, Tobias Purinton " 6.022 Eliab Latham " 6.031 And are severally elected.

The whole number of votes returned, as allowed by the Committee for the Third Senatorial District is 37.521. Necessary to a choice 4.691. William McLellan has 4.889, Benjamin Randall " 4.894, Lucius Barnard " 4.892, Stephen H. Read, " 4.777. And are severally elected.
