Ordered, that so much of the Governor's message as relates to the Bank of the United States be committed Messrs Greene of Somerset, Barnard and Smith, with such as the House may join Sent down for concurrence. Concurred and Messrs. Cilley of Thomaston, Call of Bangor, Perkins of Kennebunk Port, Brooks of Portland and Gove of Corinth are joined.

That so much of the message as relates to the curtailment of the privilege of issuing bills under the denomination of Five Dollars by Banks in this State, and the circulation of bills within the State of foreign Banks of denominations prohibited to Banks in our own State, be referred to the Joint Standing Committee on Banks and Banking.
