The Senate reconsider their vote of yesterday whereby they nonconcur the House in the reference of a report on petition of William Jameson and others to the Committee on the Judiciary and concur the House in their reference.

The Committee on Military Pensions reported leave to withdraw on petition of Alva Norton -- read and accepted, in concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the Lafayette Bank (reported by Mr. McLellan from the Committee on Banks and Banking, on petition of Thomas A. Hill and others) was read once and the same, on motion of Mr. Prescott, was ordered to lie on the table.

Mr. Latham, from the Committee on State Roads, to which was referred an order relative to making appropriations for the survey of a road from Augusta to Quebec, reported that legislation on that subject is inexpedient -- read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

The same Gentleman, from the same Committee, to which was referred the Communication of Charles Jarvis, Esq. Agent to inspect the United States Military Road, made a report to accept said Agent's report together with said road -- read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Report of the Inspectors of the State Prison, transmitted by the Governor on the 2d inst. and laid on the table, was taken up and referred to the Committee on the State Prison. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
