Petition of the Selectmen of Avon, praying that the Ministerial fund in said town may be transferred to a School fund,

-- of James Spaulding and others, praying to be incorporated into a Company by the name of "South Thomaston Parsonage House" -- severally read and referred to the Committee on Parishes, in concurrence.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed Resolve in favor of Nicholas Pierce, and the same way finally passed.

The same Committee reported as correctly engrossed Bill authorizing the County Commissioners of Waldo County to lay out a highway over the tide waters in Belfast, and the inhabitants of the town of Belfast to build a bridge over the same, -- to repeal an additional Act to regulate Banks and Banking, -- in addition to an act to incorporate the Augusta and Bangor State Company, and the same were severally passed to be _________________ enacted. _______________________
