" additional relative to laying out and making highways. " additional respecting highways, and the same were severally passed to be enacted.

The same Committee reported as correctly engrossed, Resolve, authorizing the Secretary of State to furnish the Adjutant General with Greenleaf and Fairfield's Reports.
