302. Wednesday, March 18, 1835. Bill to incorporate the third parish in Bath (laid on the table by Mr. Randall accompanied by petition of William M. Rogers and others praying to be incorporated into a religious society by the name of the third parish in Bath) " to incorporate the Agricultural Bank (reported in the House by the Committee on Banks and Banking on petition of John D. Wilson and others and came up with sundry amendments which were adopted) Resolve in favor of Parsonsfield Seminary (reported in the House by the Committee on Literature and Literary institutions, on petition of Moses Sweat) severally read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Bill to incorporate Lafayette Bank came up -- the House having refused said Bill a passage, and the same, on motion of Mr. Fish, was ordered to lie on the table.

Mr. Purinton from the Committee on Military Pensions, reported that said Committee had acted upon all the business before them, and asked to be discharged from the consideration of any other business during the present session of the Legislature -- read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
