Mr. Brown, from the Committee on Public Buildings, reported legislation inexpedient on a Resolve for the removal of the seat of Government from Augusta to Portland -- read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

The Delegation from the County of Waldo reported leave to withdraw on petition of the town of Appleton -- read and accepted, in concurrence.

Mr. Bartlett, from the Committee on Incorporation of Towns, reported that said Committee had acted on all papers committed to them, and asked to be discharged from the further consideration of any business relating thereto during the present session -- read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr. Smith from the Committee of Conference to which was referred the Bill providing for the election of County Commissioners on the disagreement of the two Houses on the same, made a report recommending that the Senate and House both recede from their votes to insist and that the Bill be referred to the next Legislature -- read and accepted.

Additional Resolve respecting the North Eastern Boundary (introduced in the House) was read once, and the same, on motion of Mr. Smith, was ordered to lie on the table. Adjourned.
