Bill to incorporate the Umbagog Company (reported in the House by the Committee on Interior Waters, on petition of William Willis and others;)

Resolve for the purchase of a Library (reported in the House by the Select Committee on an order relative to that subject, severally read once and tomorrow a ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of Mount Desert Bridge came up from the House amended. The Senate recede from their former vote passing said Bill to be engrossed, adopt the amendments proposed by the House and pass the same to be engrossed as amended in concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the Bluehill Fishing Company was read the seckond [second] time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed,

Bill authorizing the erection of Dams in the town of Georgetown, in the County of Lincoln; - " -to provide for the sale and distribution of the Ministerial and School Lands in Plantation No. 1 County of Oxford; - " -authorizing the erection of a Dam across Parkers Bay in the town of Phipsburg; - " -to incorporate the Bethel Academy, and the same were severally passed to be enacted.
