Bill relative to appropriations of money in new draft (reported by Mr Jewett from the Joint Select Committee to which said Bill has been committed Resolve in favor of certain Officers and Soldiers of the Revolutionary War and the widows of the deceased Officers and Soldiers in new draft (reported by Mr Fish from the Committee on State Lands to which said Resolve had been recommitted) severally read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Bill to set off Peter Gilman from East Pond plantation and annex him to the town of Norridgewock was read the second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Resolve authorizing the Adjutant General to exchange a lot of land in Paris for that on which the Gunhouse in said Town stands was read the second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed. Bill to incorporate the South Paris Manufacturing Company; Bill to incorporate the town of Greenville, and the same were severally passed to be _______enacted.________

Resolve in favor of the town of Springfield was read the second time and the same on motion of Mr Fish, was laid on the table. Adjourned, Attest, William Trafton, Secretary.
