Order from the House of Representatives instructing the Committee on the Judiciary to inquire into the expediency of enacting a law, empowering the purchaser of real estate, which shall be found to be encumbered by mortgage, by deed of warranty from the mortgage, to recover back the amount he shall have paid for the same, or so much thereof as will discharge said incumbrance before eviction; and further to empower such purchaser before eviction to have the amount due on such mortgage offset in any action brought on any security he may have given as a consideration for such real estate - read and passed in concurrence.

Bill concerning Corporations came up from the House amended. The Senate adopt the proposed amendments and further amend said Bill and pass the same to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
