I have attended to your Business (as Proxy) the result is generally reelection of the former Officer  I find by the Clerk of the Wharf that there is $60 [underlined] Dividend up to Jany 1812 and that in a few days there probably will be a Dividend for Jany 1813 of abt. 50 [underlined] or 60 [underlined] Dollars  both sums will probably be paid when you visit Portland, which I have a great desire may be as soon as you can make it convenient
