Resolve for purchasing Greenleafs Reports, having been passed to be engrossed and sent down for concurrence, came up concurred.

Petition of the Inhabitants of No 3 in Washington County to be incorporated into a town by the name of Adams;

Petition of Cornelius Thomas of Bowdoin that the line between Bowdoin and Lisbon may be altered;

[Remonstrances]

Remonstrance of James Gower and others against the incorporation of Plantation No 7; &

Remonstrance of Aaron Brown and others, of Athens and Cornville against the alteration of the line between Athens and Cornville; referred in the House to the Committee on Incorporation of Towns, came up for concurrence, were severally read and concurred.

Petition of Benjamin Baker and others for a New Trial, referred in the House to the Committee on New Trials, came up for concurrence were read and concurred.

[addition to Committee on State Lands]

On motion of Mr. Kelsey, Ordered That one member be added on the part of the Senate to the Joint Standing Committee on State Lands.

Mr. Stebbins was then added to said Committee and message was sent to the House informing them of the same.
