Petition of Samuel Twombly and others, to be incorporated by the name of the Kennebunk Port Livery Stable, committed in the House to the Committee on Incorporation of Towns, came up for concurrence, was read and concurred.

Petition of Benjamin Riggs and others for an Act additional to An Act incorporating the free meeting House in Georgetown, committed in the House to the Committee on Incorporation of Parishes, came up for concurrence, was read and concurred.

Bill for further regulating the laying out of Highways, passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, was read once and committed to Messr. Stebbins, Scamman and Parlin, and tomorrow at 10 O clock assigned for a 2d Reading.

Resolve respecting depredations on the public Lands passed to be engrossed and sent down for concurrence, came up with amendments: The Senate reconsider their vote by which they passed the Resolve to be engrossed, concur with the House in their amendments, and now pass the same to be engrossed as amended in concurrence with the House.

Mr. Whitney from the Committee on Petition of Aaron Cummings, Agent for the town of Albany reported that the same be referred to the Committee on State Lands: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence, and came up concurred.
