Ordered that the committee on State Lands be instructed to inquire into the expediency of passing a Resolve authorizing the Land Agent of this State to sell the reserved lots of land in towns that have been omitted in the division between this State and Massachusetts by the permission of their land Agent: sent down for concurrence: concurred.

Mr. Holland from the committee, on petition of Ezekiel Day and als. reported that the petitioners cause an attested copy of their petition, with this order thereon to be served on the Clerk of the Proprietors of Back Cove Bridge, eight days at least before the first monday of February of the present session of the present Legislature: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence, concurred.
