Resolve for the payment of Messengers and other persons,” and

And they were severally passed.

On motion of Mr. Southwick,

Ordered that there be made up on the Pay Roll of the Senate, to the Secretary thereof, fifteen days in addition to the actual number he has been employed during the session, to enable him to bring up and complete the Journal; and file and arrange the papers.
