48. An order came from the Senate referring so much of the Governors Message as relates to the State Prison to the joint standing Committee on the State Prison. con.

An order came from the Senate referring so much of the Governors Message as relates to Rail Roads to the standing Committee on Rail Roads & Canals for concurrence - and the House concurred.

An order came from the Senate referring so much of the Governors Message as relates to the Militia to the joint standing Committee on the Militia for concurrence and the House concurred.

An order came from the Senate referring so much of said Message as relates to the Resolve for the benefit of certain Officers & soldiers of the Revolutionary War & the Widows of deceased Officers & Soldiers, to the joint standing Committee on State Lands for concurrence and the House concurred.

An order came from the Senate referring so much of said Message as relates to the investment of the Primary School Fund, derivable from the sale of the Twenty Townships appropriated for that purpose, and also so much as relates to the investment of the fund belonging to the Penobscot Tribe of Indians, together with the sale of the lands belonging to the Passamaquoddy Tribe of Indians and the investment of the fund arising therefrom to the joint select Committee on the Treasurers report & accompanying documents, and the House concurred.
